Terms & Conditions telor33 – Platform Terms of Use for Malaysian Players

1. Eligibility & telor33 Account Registration

To register and use telor33's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age as of the date of registration
• Residing in Malaysia or a Malaysian citizen
• Must have a valid and active Malaysian phone number for OTP verification
• Has never previously been voluntarily or compulsorily excluded from telor33 or any related platform
• Not acting on behalf of any third party when registering or using the account

Each individual is permitted to register only one account at telor33. This includes multiple accounts using different names, different phone numbers, or different payment methods but belonging to the same person. telor33 uses device detection and IP address technology to identify duplicate accounts. If a duplicate account is detected, telor33 reserves the right to suspend all accounts involved without prior notice.

The information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. telor33 may request identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or a large withdrawal amount. Documents that may be required include a national ID, bank statement copy, or proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your telor33 account.

2. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on telor33 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods at telor33 include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX online banking (including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks). telor33 does not accept credit cards or international payment methods such as PayPal, Skrill, or Neteller.

Deposit: The minimum deposit at telor33 is RM 10. Credits are typically reflected in your account within 30 seconds of a successful payment. If the credit has not appeared after 10 minutes, contact telor33 support with proof of your payment receipt for immediate investigation. telor33 does not charge any fees for deposits.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount at telor33 is RM 50. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method as the most recent deposit, except in circumstances approved by the telor33 finance team. Standard processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the method and the player's VIP tier.

• The first withdrawal from a new account requires full identity verification (KYC) before it can be processed
• Telor33 reserves the right to request supporting documents for any withdrawal deemed to require further investigation

3. Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

Rollover Requirements: Before you can withdraw winnings derived from a bonus, you must meet the rollover requirement set for that bonus. For example, a bonus with a 10x rollover means that if you receive a RM 100 bonus, you must place bets totalling at least RM 1,000 before a withdrawal of that bonus amount is permitted.

• Each player is entitled to each type of bonus once only, unless stated otherwise
• Telor33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another player or directly converted to cash

• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system (including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly) will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and permanent account closure

The telor33 VIP Rewards Programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. VIP points are accumulated through regular betting activity and are recalculated every 30 days. VIP benefits include weekly cashback, higher betting limits, priority withdrawals, and a dedicated personal account manager for Platinum and Diamond members.

4. Sports Betting

Telor33's Sports Betting section covers more than 30 sport categories, including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League), badminton (BWF, Thomas Cup, Malaysia Open), esports (MPL Malaysia, Valorant, PUBG Mobile), and a wide range of other international sports.

General Betting Terms:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled by the player except in specific situations as determined by telor33
• Telor33 reserves the right to void a bet if there is a technical error in the odds display or match information
• Winnings from bets placed at clearly erroneous odds (e.g. odds of 100.0 on a near-certain outcome) will be recalculated or voided
• In-play (live) betting depends on the stability of the player's internet connection – telor33 is not responsible for bets that fail to be confirmed due to connection disruptions
• In the event a match is postponed for more than 48 hours or cancelled entirely, the wagered amount will be refunded to the player's telor33 account
• For parlay bets, if one leg is cancelled, that leg is excluded and the overall odds are recalculated based on the remaining legs

Telor33 updates odds in real time based on market movements and match developments. The odds displayed are final at the time a bet is confirmed – any odds changes after confirmation do not affect existing bets.

6. Accepted Conduct & Prohibited Activities

• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits, claim bonuses repeatedly, or for any other fraudulent purpose
• Using third-party software, bots, or any automation tools to interact with the telor33 platform
• Systematically arbitraging odds between telor33 and other platforms (matched betting) to generate risk-free profits
• Transferring funds between different telor33 accounts or assisting others in carrying out prohibited activities
• Using a telor33 account for money laundering or any other illegal activities
• Disrupting or attempting to attack the security of telor33's systems or infrastructure
• Sharing your telor33 account login credentials with anyone else

Any breach of the above conditions will result in immediate action by telor33, which may include temporary suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings associated with the breach, and reporting to the relevant authorities if the activity in question is classified as a criminal offence.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Telor33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without stated reason, particularly in cases of fraud, breach of terms, or suspicious activity. In such cases, telor33 will conduct an investigation before taking any final action.

Players may also close their telor33 account at any time by contacting the telor33 support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all rollover requirements tied to active bonuses must be fulfilled, or the relevant bonuses will be forfeited. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

For players who want a temporary break without closing their account, telor33 offers a temporary self-exclusion option in your account settings. The self-exclusion period can be set anywhere from 1 day to 6 months. During this period, your account cannot be used for any betting activity.
